Review: This CD starts out with a drum pattern similar to Sepultura's tribal parts. After listening to the album two times I would say these guys are not metalcore, but a combination of hardcore and American power metal with tribal and bluesy influences that are making them quite original and immaginative to have their own word in the metal scene. The bass player has his instrument so low-tuned that reminds me of the slapping bass Korn if you know what I mean. The vocals are nervous remind me of Max's vocals in Nailbomb, but they still need a lot of work. The first track is too linear when it comes to vocals and that's not a good thing at all. The third track, though is a winning one with that "wee-hah" screams. Anyway, if the guy would concentrate more on varying his vocals than on being nervous, I am sure it would be a different, better thing. Track 5 has in addition a some vocals that I can't say they are a female or male, but they are soft and melodic. Well, if we ad to these words a very good samplers technician we get a band Whenlovefinishes that wants to break some grounds, but they might only with the next album. As a concluding idea this band has some good instrumentists, but they still need more complexity and at the same time coagulation to be a highlight, at least on CD, because on stage I guess they are pretty powerful and hateful.
