Review: I'm glad an underground Romanian label produced such a band. SOULLESS is a trio from Poland (not to be confounded with the American death thrash band with the same name), a country with a great death metal scene as we all know, and their style can be considered death metal with some industrial influences although being a trio; they have two guitars. They have no steady drummer, at least on this release, so they used a guest on drums in the person of Maciek from Mutilation and Feaces. The music often becomes grinding death metal, so I guess you already have an idea of how brutal the band is. Nothing too original or too catchy inhere, but a good executed music reminding me of the old Mortician or even Deeds Of Flesh. There are parts, like the third track, in which the music becomes very complex sounding and so very enjoiable, with lots more to say. The instrumental section is good, faultlesly executed and brutal as hell, but the vocals are ruining it all for me, as I can't really stand that kind of computer processed effects on voice. But if you think death grind with industrial sound on vocals would fit your interests you should hurry up for this as it's onlt 100 copies produced by Ancient Belief.
