Review: A new promise from the Unique Leader camp, Odious Mortem despide this lack of inspiration in naming the band, is a good product for the death metal scene. Their music is 100% based on guitar leads, and the guitarists are really good ones creating impressive old-school technical riffs a la Suffocation. The vocals are sometimes boring, without much variation, growled and low-tuned, than there's a drummer fully using machinegun blast-beats, so the painting is complete: an average named brutal death metal band with super technical guitarists, that's my impression. The work of these two axemen may be the key to this album, so after each listening you can find something new. Try it yourselves, I guess we'll hear more on this band.
