Review: Ohoho, another old style, impressively aggressive, fast and catchy thrash metal band in my player. The last one from the underground I reviewed was Paganfire's demo, couple of weeks ago. Death Mechanism is a project (if not even a one-man band entirely) of a guy called Alessandro Pozza who seems to be a die-hard thrash metal fan. The other two guys seem to help him during recordings and live shows, but I don't know if they are permanent members or not. Their thrash metal is tight, fast, punishing and aggressive, the old Sodom way. I would recommend this to the ones of you who are into old, '80's kind of thrash only, because if you're looking for modern touches inhere you won't find 'em. I like this very much, but unfortunately the labels seem to avoid this music unless it's a big band. Hopefully they'll have some luck, as this kind of music deserves more attention again. Death Mechanism are a really nice surprise from Italy, so I recommend them to you too!
PS: Hey guys, hurry up with a full-lenght album as I want more of your songs!!!
