Review: This band is, was and will remain a complete mistery for me as they are signed for Earache even if the UK label is one of the biggest labels and most reknowned for its death metal and grindcore releases, and Cult Of Luna is not such a band not even closer. This is the band's fourth release so they are quite a famous band of their genre, but the fact is not too many bands are playing this kind of music, for sure. This is some kind of emo-core with numerous repetitive and simplistic patterns of gloomy music made mostly by guitar effects, samples and synths, plus from time to time some rhythm section and vocals. It's a great release, it takes you to a meditative, calm feeling, that's why it will remain a mistery for me they're on Earache. A new release you'll either love or hate. Try it and form you own oppinion. A few times on it you'll hear real emo=core with strong guitar riffs, nervous vocals and strong drumms, but I think those parts are only underlining the whole concept.
