I expected some sort of black metal, but this is, instead, raging fast heavy metal with two very good guitarists and a punctual rhythm section. Funny enough on the cover there are 4 tracks listed, but in fact there are 6 of them on the CD (two of them are bonus live tracks - one is a Slayer cover and about the other one I have no clue). That's not a problem at all, as Azazel is a preety good band with immagination and skilled musicians in it. Never heard of them before getting this demo, but now I'll follow their evolution as they are a promise for the thrash metal scene worldwide. If you have the chance to find some Azazel recordings don't miss them as this band really know how to make good music. The vocalist goes on the Schuldiner path and some parts of their music as well.
