Review: Second product of this young label, "First Born Evil" will surely rise their status. Aposthate is a good black death band and if I'm not mistaking, Taf Prod. seems to be their own label, but I wouldn't put my hand in fire for that. This CD is more in the American way of making both black and death; the black influences have nothing to do with the black metal's initial lair, Scandinavia, and the death metal ones are filled with guitar leads the American way. In their bio it is specified that they come from two extreme metal bands, Thy Anthem Fades and Heretical, but who cares? What counts is their nowadays ideas and their applications. The drumer is a very skilled one and he makes a lot for the bane with his twisting and aggressive way of beating the shit of of his drum-kit; he's tight as hell, just listen to the eigth track. The vocal uses the growl type of singing only. A good start for this band, but still they need some improvement to say something in the scene. Not boring, so you might give it a try. The cover artwork is great, by the way! Too bad it doesn't contain the lyrics as well.
