Review: Although it seems this band is quite known mostly in the Northern part of Europe but not only, I haven't heard of them until now. They are around since 1997 (when two Gothemburg's bands, Zoobox and Cry, splitted) and from then on they released 2 albums and an EP. "Eighteen Bullets" is a compilation of tracks from the previous releases, plus some never released ones and 2 covers so it might be taken as their best off; it's great I have the chance to meet them this way. Trigger is a punk rock ('n' roll) band that plays sometimes fast and aggressive, and sometimes melodic and energetic. The whole album is very entertaining and filled with life so I agree with them when saying they are over-looked, because I won't be surprised to see them anytime on MTV or other mainstream music channels (some of their tracks). This guys have potential and the best way to find that out by yourselves is to buy this best-off album. Some tracks have a great feeling given by a session keyboard player, so maybe that would be their sollution to break some boundaries (although those tracks are from their first album). My fave tracks are 3, 6, 8 and 9 and I would underline them as highlights. The last track, "Past 21" is in fact composed by two tracks (is this a habbit nowadays of what???) and the last part has a kind of Beck feeling combined to country - preety nice.
